The Profit Sharing/401k Council of America has named the Friday after Labor Day - 401(k) Day for companies across america (Note: before 2006 it was the day after Labor Day). It offers employers a chance to educate their employees about the benefits of partipating in their 401ks and gives employees an opportunity to focus on their building a retirement portfolio.
