I'm ready to say goodbye to November and I'm (almost) ready to say goodbye to 2012. No more Presidential election and no more relentless chatter about the fiscal cliff. I'm beginning to look forward to the wide range of forecasts about where to invest in 2013. Well, not really. But on a slightly different and serious note, I believe a more prudent perspective on tactics and strategies in 2013 can and should be the basic investing style.
For example, what will prove to be best, buy-and-hold or technical trading? Will the aging bull market yield to a new bear market? Does it really matter? Of course these are abstract questions that us financial writers like to throw out there to invite interest and possibly attract some page views. However, if thought is provoked and productive action can be taken on your part, dear reader, then we have a win/win.
So here it is: What investment styles will work best in 2013? You may answer the question or not...
